PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Construct a randomly vibrating base table for a game to Jenga to increase the game's difficulty.
CONSTRAINTS:
Budget limited to $50. Due to fall e-board responsibilities I set myself a deadline to finish this project before 09/2017, leaving about one month to complete the first prototype.

Heat Sealer
Fikst: Client Development Project
PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Design and build a heat sealer to aid a client in manufacturing
MECHANICAL DESIGN:
- Designed system in SolidWorks that features a hydraulic linear press, leveling plate system, and insulated heating element
- Manufactured mechanical components using CNC milling and laser cutting, and assembled the system
ELECTRICAL DESIGN:
- Developed a system to control valves, heating elements, and heat press duration
- Wired and mounted electrical circuits within the heat sealer

SKILLS GAINED:
- Furthered knowledge of SolidWorks design and CNC machining
- More experience with electrical prototyping
- Controlling a hydraulic system
